The tips content which our community produces is used by thousands of punters daily, across the sites and apps in their quest to Beat the Bookies.

Most of our team work from their own home using their home PC and a broadband connection, communicating with the rest of the team by Skype, email, phone along with some face to face meetings often in London.

Social Media Engager

Basic Salary:

Summary:
As our social media engager, you will be responsible for the front line of our community management.
Driving high levels of customer interactions, being ‘at the coal face’ of the OLBG social presence you will be our social ambassador building real relationships with a highly engaged audience.
The role requires daily contact with our community, so you will have an understanding and be prepared to ‘think’ like an OLBG customer, and also be on the lookout for potential new customers to grow out our brand footprint in a positive manner.

The Role:
Manage OLBG’s community across all major social networks and actively drive social conversations for relevant information and opportunities to engage
Answer social inquiries competently and efficiently to educate, entertain and engage our audience
Identify, contact and engage with key vertical influencers and potential new OLBG customers.
Be the key relationship builder between our brand and community of existing and new OLBG customers
At times, manage high levels of inbound conversations, constantly identifying best practices and efficiencies that scale.
Work to agreed engagement metrics and company set service level agreements Ensure quality and and tone of content, adhering to OLBG’s in-house content and editorial guides
Help grow our ever-expanding network of passionate sports fan and tipsters working under the supervision of our social editor and broadcasting roles

Requirements:
Strong familiarity with key social platforms including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
Previous, customer service or social media / community management experience is preferred
This role is ideal for someone that demonstrates passion for sports and wants to gain valuable experience in the social, digital marketing space
Ability to see the heart of the matter, understand and react to our communities needs
Demonstrates initiative and independence, is consistent and dependable; is also flexible and willing to go the extra mile to help a teammate, customer, or community member

Visual Content Creator

Summary:
We have exciting plans to grow our awareness further through social media and are building a team to deliver these plans.
As our Visual Content Creator you will play the lead role in delivering our brand and social strategy through dynamic engaging creative solutions, that drive engagement via a variety of platforms.
You will be a versatile digital designer working across marketing, commercial and brand design. The ability to lead creative campaigns and take ownership of any task briefed into you, while also creating standards across a wide range of products and environments is essential.

The Role:
Creating compelling graphics (both static and video) that engage OLBG ‘s social audience and build our brand position
Provide strong operational and creative skill, resulting in the creation of high quality finishing across a range of content and material
Work closely with Social editor on the strategy, look & feel and ultimately brand positioning for OLBG’s Social output.
As well as taking lead from the management you will bring your own creative ideas to each project, you will help determine the look and style of our output and be able to communicate them effectively to the rest of the team
Be the owner of design working practices and process to ensure efficient and timely delivery

Requirements:
Strong familiarity with key social platforms including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
Highly talented graphic designer with strong ideas and creativity
High competency in all area of Adobe Creative Suite (Or similar)
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work within and develop brand guidelines
Design-based education or equivalent industry experience
A motivated, creative individual with a passion for video and graphical editing, delivery the best in class via multiple native formats
You will constantly be thinking from the audience perspective vs. your own. You will be obsessed with the what the community thinks, likes and wants (even before they know it themselves!)
You have your own voice, and can communicate at multiple levels, both internally and externally
